This website is operated by Flores Botanica. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you should not access the website or use any services.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on our website. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Variations and Substitutions

Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, the selection of flowers used for
each arrangement by Flores Botanica may vary due to availability.
As an organic item, every fresh flower stem is unique.
Flores Botanica cannot guarantee exact flower or plant types or
colours in your bouquets. Flores Botanica reserves the right to make appropriate substitutions where necessary.

The content and photos provided on this website are provided solely as an example and do not indicate the exact flowers, plants or colours you will receive in your bouquet. Flores Botanica will take care to maintain the style and colour scheme detailed in the product description.  


We deliver Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
Orders must be placed before 8pm for next-day delivery.
Any orders placed after 8pm do not qualify for next day delivery, the customer will have a choice of the next available delivery date. Delivery fees will be calculated based on the shipping address provided and added to your total at Checkout. For any special requests such as express delivery, please Contact us (additional charges may apply).

If the Recipient is not at the delivery address when the courier arrives,
we will leave the flowers in a safe position. If necessary, we will attempt to contact the Recipient or Sender to advise where we've left the flowers or we may arrange a re-delivery (at an additional cost)

For unit blocks and apartment buildings we will attempt to contact the Recipient or sender to arrange a safe place to leave the flowers or arrange a re-delivery (at an additional cost).

If the incorrect address has been provided we do not provide a refund. It is the responsibility of the Customer to provide correct details at time of order. We can re-deliver (at an additional cost). We work with fast turnaround times, so if you have changes to make to your order, please contact us within 20 minutes of placing your order!

We use a 3rd party courier to offer convenient local delivery. Flores Botanica will endeavour to have your flowers delivered on the selected date. However, Flores Botanica is not liable for any delays or failure of delivery for any reason. Flores Botanica reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees (to be paid by the customer) when applicable, this includes but is not limited to, VIP/express delivery charges and re-delivery (when required).

We wet pack all of our bouquets to keep them fresh and protected. You should still place your flowers in a clean vase of fresh cool water as soon as possible. Flowers will last their longest when cared for correctly so please visit our FAQs for our Flower Care Guide.  

pricing and payment

Flores Botanica reserves the right to alter any prices at any time without notice. All prices displayed exclude delivery fees. Delivery fees will be calculated based on the shipping address provided and added to your total at Checkout.  

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as Paypal. All payments are made securely through Shopify Checkout and processed via Stripe or Paypal.


When you visit Flores Botanica's website, we collect certain information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support.

cancellations and CHANGES

We work with fast turnaround times, so if you have changes to make to your order, please contact us within 20 minutes of placing your order!

For all orders, cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance by emailing flores@outlook.com.au


We hope you are satisfied with your order, Flores Botanica takes great care to create beautiful arrangements for all our Customers. Due to the fresh nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your arrangement, please contact us at flores@outlook.com.au
